Assembly requires patience, as it involves putting together each and every piece of furniture, cutting accessories, building and gluing wooden structures, light wires, fabric and printed paper, and pasting the dust cover.

Recommended Age: 14 years old and up. Please be cautious, as the kit contains sharp tools and small parts.

Item Dimensions: Finished product size: 8.7" (Length) * 7.5" (Width) * 7.2" (Height) measured with the dust cover. Scale: 1:24. Weight: 2.5 pounds.

Contents of the Kit: pre-cut MDF wooden pieces for the house structure and furniture, fabric and printed paper for decorations and accessories, plexiglass pieces for the dust cover, LED light wires, music movement, and other miniature decorations and accessories. Usually comes with a papery English Manual. Toolkit includes scissors, a knife, tweezers, a ruler, and a screwdriver.

Package does not include: batteries (2 AAA batteries are required) and glue (quick-dry tacky glue is recommended).
