Assembly requires patience, as each piece of furniture, cutting accessories, wooden structure, light wires, fabric, printed paper, and dust cover need to be built and glued together. It is recommended for ages 14 and up, but caution should be taken as the kit contains sharp tools and small parts.

The finished product size measures 13" in length, 12.6" in width, and 9.8" in height with the dust cover. The scale is 1:32 and the weight is 6.8 pounds.

The kit contains pre-cut MDF wooden pieces for the house structure and furniture, fabric and printed paper for decorations and accessories, plexiglass pieces for the dust cover, LED light wires, music movement, and other miniature decorations and accessories. It usually comes with a papery English manual, but if not, customers can contact the seller for a PDF version.
